Recruitment Administrator - Leeds - Temporary ongoing - £10.00 per hour

A fantastic opportunity for a professional, driven Recruitment Administrator to join a market leading business as part of their internal recruitment team, supporting both operational and head office business areas with delivery of a quality recruitment back office function.

You will be responsible for overseeing all back office administrative functions relating to the recruitment process; from referencing candidates and performing all the necessary right to work documentation and identification checks, to liaising directly with candidates and internal stakeholders, you will be the glue that holds the recruitment team together.  

Using your exceptional communication and administrative skills, you will be able to effectively manage a busy caseload, working at speed through a volume of files ensuring impeccable attention to detail, supporting your team to the best of your ability.  

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working within a customer facing, administrative role and will thrive on working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.  Experience of working within a recruitment environment would be beneficial, as would the ability to work on multiple projects ensuring that you can effectively prioritise your workload.  Above all – you will genuinely enjoy working with people and making a real difference!!!
