 Office Junior/Project Coordinator - Leeds - up to £16,000
We are currently looking for an Office Junior/Project Coordinator to work for a fast growing, established company based in Leeds. The company supplying, install, test, commission and maintain Electrical Equipment, Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire Alarm and Security Systems.
Main tasks and responsibilities are:
Coordinate through to completion all project inspection activities including internal and external inspections.
Screening telephone calls and enquiries. Monitor projects to ensure that they are on track to minimise delay. Expedite internal document submittals and returns. Prepare draft reports for submission. Provide cover for all other departments as an when needed.
You must have great communication skills, customer service skills, be a team player, be organised and have great attention to detail. Microsoft skills including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
