Receptionist/Administrator - Bradford - £9.50 per hour - Temporary to Permanent
 
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a well established Engineering company in Bradford. This is a varied role which will include covering the reception desk, administration working across the business.
 

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service support to office visitors and on the telephone

• Welcoming visitors to the office; prospects, customers, interviewees and employees visiting
  from other offices, Route customer queries to the appropriate colleague within the business

• Prepare meeting rooms and manage internal room bookings and ensure catering suppliers
  meet the requirements for various on-site meetings

• Ensure office and kitchen supplies are ordered and replenished in a timely fashion • Distribute
  internal post received and ensure that the external post is prepared and sent out in a timely
  fashion

  • Scanning/filling and shredding for Admin.

  • Assisting other departments – ordering, accounts input.

• Take a pro-active role in maintaining the positive culture of the office and assisting with other
   administrative jobs and general running of the office.

• Excellent customer service

• Previous experience in a front-desk role is desirable

• Good IT skills; Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel) • Positive and reliable individual with a   
  friendly and approachable manner

• Pro-active in identifying and overcoming any problems that arise

This is a temporary role which will go permanent for the right candidate after 12 weeks.
